RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning any item. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods,
- custom or personalized products,
- personal care items,
- hazardous materials,
- flammable liquids or gases,
- gift cards,
- sale items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If the order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
